The role of Shelter Helpers On Wheels is to provide temporary voluntary assistance to non-profit animal welfare organizations and rescue groups. Shelter Helpers On Wheels supports animal welfare and works to encourage and promote spay/neuter, humane education, the human-animal bond and the prevention of cruelty to animals.
